Beezy is hiring an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer with a passion for the enterprise software business . Working directly with our leadership and development teams in North America and Europe , you’ll have ownership of the company’s end-to-end marketing efforts.

We’re looking for someone to identify and implement compelling, impactful strategies that drive demand for the company's products and services through brand awareness, conversion to qualified leads, and help loyal customers refer Beezy to others.

Critical outcomes to define success for the Chief Marketing Officer:

  • Deliver annual target Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) goal (new Leads delivered to Sales by Marketing) and optimize conversion to Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).
  • Optimize the Marketing part of Customer Acquisition Cost while hitting lead goals
  • Create and implement a holistic marketing plan with OKRs within 90 days of start-date
  • Grow the number of “Meetings Happened” by sales, driven by Marketing Leads
  • Improve Organic Search Marketing to drive target % of inbound leads (vs. Paid)
  • Improve conversions from Subscribers to engage with our content, driving MQLs

Primary responsibilities include:

  • You are part of the leadership team to Lead “Big M” Marketing, from Positioning and Brand Strategy to Demand Generation and Marketing Spend Optimization
  • Create and execute the company’s marketing strategy; create quarterly OKRs, supported by a budget that allows the team to hit its goals
  • Hire and manage team members and vendors towards OKRs and high ROI marketing
  • Manage discretionary spending (i.e. paid search, events) to maximize LTV/CAC Ratios
  • Use data and insights to drive market expansion and revenue growth
  • Summarize, display and explain data and metrics that affect conversion and a healthy pipeline. Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and make investment decisions.
  • Track and develop marketing success metrics for all marketing activities across demand generation, product marketing, including CAC, LTV, Churn and Payback Period
  • Oversee all marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, industry events, market research management, and marketing collateral materials
  • Develop high-quality marketing content for customers at all stages of the funnel including market surveys, whitepapers, website design and content, case studies, webinars, etc.
  • Maintain and monitor all existing branding and positioning to create a unified, clear brand voice across communication channels
  • Craft messaging that connects to diverse personas and stakeholders
  • Anticipate what marketing campaigns are needed and use the product roadmap to inform future marketing decisions and product launches
  • Collaborate and communicate often with sales to provide assets and messaging that turns leads into sales and outbound prospecting

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years in high-growth, B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Experience with Inbound and Outbound marketing efforts for B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to design and execute high performance, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Skilled communicator and empathetic listener that understands what’s necessary to deliver on long-term goals
  • Highly driven visionary with an analytical, growth-oriented perspective
  • Data-driven, analytical decision-maker and thought leader
  • Skilled at managing marketing platforms and automation such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc
  • Strong initiative and motivated worker with a focus on long-term growth
