Right now we are looking for an IT Support Engineer who is eager to make an impact on people’s lives and will run the extra mile for this.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers and partners about functionalities or problems related to our product Beezy 
  • Manage the ticketing platform (Zendesk) 
  •  Assist Beezy installations and configurations 
  •  issues and identify errors using logs and browser tools 
  • Connect with customers and partners through shared sessions and calls to: 
    • Replicate and diagnose issues properly 
    • Explain functional scenarios 
  • Internal testing of the product 
  • Issues reporting and tracking together with the QA team 

 

Requirements

  • Outstanding level of English 
  • Oriented to customer success 
  • Technical background: 
    • Experience with multiple browsers, HTTP 
    • Windows O.S. knowledge 
    • Knowledge of tools to diagnose like Fiddler, Postman... 

Bonus points for having: 

  • SQL language and management of SQL databases 
  •  Microsoft Azure management 
  • Office 365 management 
  • Zendesk management 
  • Experience with Jira 
  • SharePoint management and configuration 
  • PowerShell language 
  • JavaScript knowledge 

 

Your accomplishments (so far): 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position 
  • Professional studies or academic degree in Information Technology or related field
